John Wall – Director of Survey Mr. Wall has performed for a variety of nationally and internationally acclaimed construction organizations in a number of important and challenging positions. While working for Kiewit Construction Group he supervised the layout for construction of tunnels in Washington D.C. During his tenure at ASEC Corporation, Mr. Wall managed the Engineering Field Survey Services contracts for the Central Artery/Tunnel Project, (“The Big Dig”), Boston, MA. Those responsibilities included the supervision of up to 40 staff to meet a demanding schedule, supervising operations and personnel training and having final responsibility for the surveying operation and the project safety plan. He brings over 30 years of surveying and management experience to the Partnership. This experience includes management and direct supervision of survey crews and activities, contract administration and client liaison.

Ronald G. Martin – Director of Procurement and Senior Estimator Mr. Martin is responsible for the overall estimating team, as well as contract negotiations and various aspects of procurement. He has twenty-four years of progressively responsible executive, project management and estimating experience in the commercial, residential, municipal and educational construction industries serving in the field and office level positions. Background includes entrepreneurial hands-on involvement in numerous successful construction projects throughout the Southeast, specializing in general contracting and reinforced concrete structures. |

George Besack – Project Manager / Superintendent Mr. Besack was an owner and operator of Northeastern Contractors, a unionized commercial excavation firm, from 1992 until 2003. George was responsible for daily labor operations, securing bids, maintaining financial records, and acquiring sub-contractors for additional work. George also has extensive experience in demolition and as a heavy equipment mechanic. Prior to working with Bond, he owned another multi-million dollar heavy civil firm called Bux-Mont Excavating. |

Thomas P. Hewell, III – Project Manager Mr. Hewell is a seasoned project manager with an extensive background in both large scale condominium and single family residential home projects. He has worked both in the union/city environment as well as the non-union suburban environment. He has a broad scope of management skills including accounting, financial operations, obtaining bids and awarding contracts. His strategic and organizational skills complement his relationship building and negotiations practices. Mr. Hewell’s responsibilities also extend into sales and marketing as he has managed projects with in-house sales teams. Successful projects include mixed-use, adaptive re-use, residential and community involvement initiative programs. |

Eric A. Godbolt – Project Manager After attending Hampton Institute in Virginia, Mr. Godbolt worked for notable architectural firms as a draftsman and architectural designer. He participated on the Philadelphia Criminal Justice Center with the CJC joint venture firms of Livingston/Rosenwinkel and HOK, and the old Continental Bank Building with John Lyanh Architects. After acquiring architectural design proficiency, Mr. Godbolt rested from the design arena and co- founded Community Design Services, Inc, (CDSI) where he served as the president and CEO with his partners for 9 years. During that period he designed and renovated buildings for H & R Block, Pathmark Superstores, Philadelphia Company Store, Abbottsford Homes of Philadelphia, and a number of private residential projects. In 1999, Mr. Godbolt founded E.A. Godbolt & Associates Builders & Construction Managers and consulted with the Synterra/Turner Joint Venture where he led the joint venture team as the Director of Construction Management. With an office staff of professional engineers and support personnel, he successfully completed a variety of Philadelphia Housing Authority projects that included the implosion of Cambridge Plaza high-rise, the demolition of Richard Allen Housing Projects and the 4 and Lehigh Middle School for the School District of Philadelphia. Mr. Godbolt then provided construction management services to manage a Modular Steel School Building project for the Mathematics Civics & Science Charter School of Philadelphia. Mr Godbolt is also a licensed Pennsylvania Realtor. |

Lyndon Brown – Director of Research and Development Mr. Brown is responsible for assisting the Key Person with creating, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives within the Partnership. Focusing on research and development he provides fact-based and actionable information in order to assess the marketplace and to create influential business intelligence for Bond. He will lead the collection and interpretation of primary and secondary research and will provide strategic recommendations on the direction of future products. Mr. Brown has a Bachelors of Business Administration from The Wharton School and certificate of Achievement in Six Sigma Green Belt Education. Mr. Brown brings a unique set of skills that will serve to enhance the Partnership in the ever-changing landscape of the construction industry, including total quality management, continuous process improvement and sustained innovation. |

Mrs. Marcia D. McGriff – Executive Assistant to the Principals Mrs. McGriff is the senior executive assistant to the President of the Bond Group. Her vast knowledge and experience as a legal assistant / paralegal and executive assistant makes her uniquely qualified to assist the President in managing the company business. Mrs. McGriff is exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoys the challenge of supporting an office of diverse people and programs. Her experience handling a variety of administrative support-related tasks allows Mrs. McGriff to work with little or no supervision. Expert written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong decision making ability, make Mrs. McGriff a valuable asset to any company. |

Marcus R. Hammond – Project Engineer & Co – Op / Internship Program Coordinator Mr. Hammond has gained valuable experience in the engineering and construction field through several internships. He has successfully completed the necessary course-work required to obtain degrees in architectural engineering and civil engineering. Mr. Hammond has developed strong leadership skills, learned to work in a team environment, and has the goal oriented drive that is needed to be successful in the construction industry. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing and handling submittals, performing estimates, evaluating drawings and specs and monitoring installations for compliance. Mr. Hammond is also working with the Director of Human Resources to develop an internship program that will help the Bond Group recruit the most qualified students enrolled in civil engineering, construction engineering, construction management and other construction related programs. |
