Bond is repositioning to form a premier construction organization that will benefit from a broadened client base which includes federal, regional and state agencies. This will be achieved through product diversification and vertical integration. The decision was made to create different entities, other than Bond Construction, LLC, which can pursue both service and sales related contracts that support each other. This strategy provides us with a competitive advantage that better serves our clients and community. The incorporation of strategic partnerships with other DBE firms, as well as majority firms with greater capacity, will enable Bond to widen our geographical parameters nationally, and eventually globally. |

BEMT (Bond Equipment, Material, & Trucking) BEMT is a leading MBE infrastructure supplier that is strategically established to provide support services to our construction unit. Our material yard will supply concrete, aggregate materials, recycled concrete, truck and equipment rentals to third-party customers. This strategy allows Bond to control the delivery and service to our construction projects, bid more competitively and provide an additional product to our clients making Bond a “one stop shop” in heavy civil construction. |

The Bond Foundation A Non-Profit Organization formed to provide community and business development services. The Bond Foundation will educate and train workers while Bond Construction LLC and BEMT will provide jobs. The “Small Businesses” working within the foundation will be supported, cultivated and integrated into Bond’s long term mission. They will work with Bond as they are trained and qualified. The Bond Foundation’s training and education programs will provide employees and community members with the required knowledge and technical skills to succeed, particularly in the construction industry. |
